What This Work Involved

Retail environments at this level are unforgiving. Sightlines are deliberate, tolerances are tight, and the client’s brand standard sets the finish — not the trade’s. Work runs to the designer’s drawings, in occupied or phased conditions, against programme dates that do not move.

Work & installation scope

Finish carpentry and premium finishing throughout the space. Wall panels, fixture surrounds and trim set out from established datum lines rather than from the existing walls, which are rarely square.

Craftsmanship & execution

Consistent reveals, tight mitres and alignment carried across the room. Under display lighting, a shadow line that drifts by two millimetres reads as a mistake — so setting out is the work, and installation is the confirmation of it.
